Shipping and Delivery
At City Chef we strive to make your delivery a positive experience. We take
pride in making sure your order arrives to your destination as quickly and safely
as possible. Most in stock items are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel
from our warehouse in Richmond, BC usually within 24 hours from receipt of your order. Some items may be shipped direct from the vendor, but always originating in Canada, so you never have to worry about extra duty, taxes or brokerage fees.
Some heavier items or
items that are sent directly from the vendor may take longer. Sometimes items
ordered may be out of stock. In that case you will be informed by email on the
estimated delivery time or you may refer to the Product Details page
of a particular product for estimated delivery times. We generally restock fairly
quickly so only a short delay is expected, unless our supplier is back-ordered. If you have been informed that your
order has shipped and it has not arrived within the expected time frame, please
contact us with your order number, name, and phone number. Orders submitted with a wrong or incomplete address, will be charged the extra cost to re-ship. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete.
