Go Back Carbon Steel Flat Bottom Wok This 14 Inch traditional Asian Carbon Steel Wok is constructed of heavy gauge 2.0 mm carbon steel for quick and even heat distribution. It features a long wooden handle and helper handle that are attached to the outside of the wok by welds, leaving the inner surface absolutely smooth for better stir-frying. This flat bottom wok is suitable for use on all cooking surfaces, but does need to be seasoned before it is used. Long handle is removable for easy storage. Hand wash only.
