An elegant and uniquely scrumptious simple way to make better than normal poached eggs! To coddle eggs, butter the inside, break one or two fresh eggs into the glass pot; add some cream or cheese, salt and pepper and perhaps some fresh herbs like chervil, shallots or parsley. Then, cover with the glass lid and lower into simmering water until the eggs are cooked the way you like them. Nothing could be simpler for a quick and elegant breakfast. Made of heat resistant glass. Dishwasher and microwave safe (without steel lid clip). Made in Hungary.
