Cast Iron Tortilla Press 6.5 Inch
This quality heavy-duty cast iron tortilla press or tortilladora is perfect for making your favourite corn or flour tortillas. It is heavy and sturdy allowing for easy handling when pressing. The long pressing handle is re-enforced at the base. Made in Mexico by Estrella.
TO USE: First wash your press with hot soapy water and dry. With your hands roll dough into 1½" balls. Line the tortilla press with heavy duty plastic wrap or cut a square of plastic (cut from a thick freezer bag). Position a dough ball in center of press. Set another square of plastic on top and close the press, pressing gently, until tortilla is to the correct diameter.
