The Wusthof Trident Grand Prix II knife set contains the three of the most essential knives: an 8" Chef's knife, 6" Slicing knife and a 3 1/2" paring knife. A great way to start out with fully forged Wusthof Trident quality knives. The Wusthof Trident Grand Prix II is the successor to the Grand Prix line. The Grand Prix II line has an improved ergonomic handle design to reduce fatigue. The blade metal blend has also been improved with the addition of tungsten to the alloy, allowing the knife to stay sharp longer, yet still remain easy to maintain.
